The Embroidery Trend

the-embroidery-trendEmbroidery… You’ve seen it everywhere. It’s SO popular this Summer and I’ve found the perfect little dress to keep your style up to date. You know I love sharing some of my favorite boutiques with you, and today I’m sharing another: Nobella Grace. I’m totally obsessed with everything on their site. (They sent me this dress complimentary, but all opinions are my own.) This is one of three looks from Nobella Grace that I’ll be sharing with you over the next few weeks and…  I just had to start with this little embroidered off the shoulder dress.

If you’re like me, you might be a little late to the embroidery party. I’ll admit that I wasn’t the first to jump on board with this popular trend. I just couldn’t really see myself wearing some of the pieces that I had been seeing, so I was holding out.

However, when I saw this dress, I thought okay it’s ruffled and off the shoulder, two of my favorites… I’ll try it. And, what can I say? I loved it. I felt like although it seems like a lot of embroidery, it wasn’t too much. It added the perfect pop of red and some detailing to make the dress interesting. This dress also has pockets, and I mean, who doesn’t love dresses with pockets? I think this dress would be so cute for 4th of July events, and I can’t wait to wear it with a bright red lip! If you’re on the fence about embroidery like I was, I’m pretty sure that this dress will win you over!

What about you? Love the embroidery trend? Hate it? I’d love to know your thoughts!

    Savilla,
I love this trend! This trend hits home for sure! I have always grown up with embroidery clothing being raised in Mexican-Hispanic community so I knew I would embrace it! You look lovely in this dress and you totally rock the embroidery trend! Keep it coming!
